GH Regeneration is a consortium of experienced and innovative regeneration consultants specialising in offering clients advice on regeneration, economic development, the property market, town planning, project implementation and public sector funding issues. Leading projects or working with architects, urban designers, economists and transportation engineers, GH Regeneration prepare or contribute to masterplans, regeneration strategies, feasibility studies, business plans and other studies.

GH Regeneration was established at the start of 2008, and grew out of the former Development and Regeneration team of a major property agency and consultancy practice. The firm was created to find a balance between providing the commercial know-how of property specialists with the independence of regeneration consultants not working within an agency framework.
